Turkey Mince Curry

Ingredients
Turkey MinceOlive oilOnionGreen or red pepperCourgetteHarissa and/or curry powderCornflourWater
Directions
Heat oil in pan. Add chopped onion and pepper. Fry until soft. Add chopped courgette and fry a little. Add mince and fry until brown. Add cornflour, mix well and add tomatoes and water. Add seasoning (harissa and curry powder - leave out curry powder if mild curry desired) and put all mixture into casserole. Heat in oven for 20 - 30 minutes. Serve with rice and a green vegetable.
