Mexican Hominy Casserole

Ingredients
3 cans hominy, drained1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup1/2 t. salt1 lb. Mexican Velveeta1 t. garlic salt2 t. chili powder1 c fritos (optional, but is counted in nutritional info)
Directions
Pour hominy in casserole dish. Sprinkle minced onion on top of hominy. Let set. Mix and heat until bubbly the soup, salt, chili powder, garlic powder, and Velveeta. Pour over hominy and onions; mix well. Top with crushed Fritos, if desired. Bake 30 minutes at 350. 16 servings.
