500 grams lean mince beef or turkey2 courgettes grated1 medium/large onion2 slices of bread shredded40 grams low fat cheese
with a big mixing bowl tare up 2 slices of bread, add chopped onion. Grate courgettes in a separate bowl and squeeze out excess fluid. Add squeezed courgettes to bowl with bread and onion. Mix in the mince and half the chesse. Really give it a good mix (best using hands). Put full mix in a bread tin and sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top. Bake at around 190o for approximately 45 mins. Seves 4 - 5.
Great with a light veg and a little sauce. Enjoy.
