Grandma's Broccoli Casserole

2- 10 oz boxes chopped broccoli2 cups Kraft free shredded cheddar chesse1 can lowfat cream of mushroom soup1 cup fat free mayonaise1 small onion1/2 c egg beaters egg substitute
Put broccoli in a pot of water and bring to a boil. Once boiling begins remove from eye and let sit for a few min.
While broccoli is cooking mix the following: soup, mayo, onion and egg. (Remember that the egg is already beaten before added
to mixture.) Drain the broccoli and add to mixture. Mix well and then add the cheese. Mix well and pour into 9x13 dish.
Oven pre-heated to 350 and cook for 30-40 min. or until center is almost set and top is lightly browned.
