Hash Brown Casserole (lightened up)

Ingredients
I bag of frozen hash browns (thawed)1 can condensed cream of cheddar soup12 oz plain low fat yogurt2 tsp dry mustard2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Directions
Mix all ingredients except cheddar cheese together (it's easiest to mix the mustard powder in with the wet ingredients and then stir in the potatoes. Spread in casserole dish (sprayed with Pam) and sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake uncovered until cheese on top is bubbling and beginning to brown.
