Mint Chocolate Chip Brownie Cupcakes

1 cup mint chocolate chips1/2 becel light margarine1 cup splenda1 tsp baking powder1/2 cup whole wheat flour
Preheat oven to 375
Melt 1/2 cup becel light margarine and 1 cup of mint chocolate chips in a stainless steel bowl over boiling water.
Once creamy, remove from heat and add splenda, baking powder and whole wheat flour.
Spoon mixture into 1/8th of a cup and pour into muffin cups. Cook for 10-15 minutes or until fork comes out clean.
Makes 15 brownies.
For fun, top with icing with a hint of mint extract but nutritional information is based on the brownies.
