Betty's Chewy Granola Bars/Snacks

3 cups quick cooking oats1 tsp cinnamon1/8 tsp Nu-Salt1/4 cup raw sliced almonds1/4 cup sunflower seeds1/4 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips1 T flaxseeds1 single-serve pkg Craisins (1.25 oz.)2 T Better'n Peanut Butter1/3 cup pure maple syrup1/4 cup honey1/4 cup skim milk1 tsp vanilla extract1/4 cup coconutNon-stick cooking spray
1)Preheat oven to350 degrees F.
2)Process 2 cup oat in food processor until they become flour-like. Mix oat flour with other dry ingredients in a bowl.
3)Add all wet ingredients to the dry mixture and stir until well combined.
4)Spray a small baking disch (approx 5 x 12 inches or a bit larger) with non-stick cooking spray. Press mixture firmly in dish.
5)Cut the whole sheet into 24 mini bars with a knife.
6)Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Let cool, cut again, and store in an air-tight container for up to one week.
Makes 24 breakfast bars/snacks.
