Matt's Panko Chicken Fingers

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds of chicken breast cut into strips1 c white flour1 c ice cold water1/8 tsp baking soda1/8 tsp baking powder1.5 cups Kikoman Panko1/4 cup canola oil
Directions
Mix together flour, water, baking power, and baking soda. Lumps are okay. Dip the chicken into the mixture and then roll the chicken in the panko.
Cook in heated oil until crispy and golden brown.
