4 oz uncooked Pastina, cooked according to directions1/2 C chopped cilantro2 large scallions, chopped2 tsp lemon juice (to taste)2 tsp olive oil 1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions
in a bowl, combine the pastina, chopped cilantro, chopped scallions, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Season more to taste.
