Rice flour, brown mix, 1 cup - See Gluten Free Baking Classics for four mixGranulated Sugar, 4 tsp Salt, .25 tsp Baking Powder, 1.75 tspBaking Soda, .5 tsp Egg, fresh, 1 extra large Canola Oil, 2 tbsp Water, tap, .5 cup (8 fl oz) Vanilla Extract, .5 tsp Buttermilk Powder - 1 serving equals 3 tbsp, .75 serving
Double the recipe to get a total of 7 waffles in your waffle iron.
1. Preheat the waffle iron.
2. Combine dry ingredients
3. Add wet and mix all ingredients together
4. Pour 2/3 batter into waffle iron and cook according to your iron's directions.
Note: It took much less time for the waffles to cook than with a traditional batter.
