Parmesean Garlic Zucchini

Ingredients
3 baby zucchini, sliced1 tsp olive oil1 dash of salt2-3 dashes of black pepper1 tsp garlic powder2 TBSP parmesan, shredded
Directions
Preheat pan to medium heat. Coat bottom of pan in olive oil.

Add zucchini, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and stir to coat evenly in spices.

Cook for about 8-10 minutes or until tender, stirring occassionally. Add parmesan before serving.

To grill: put zucchini in bowl or zip top bag with olive oil and spices. Coat well. Grill for 4-5 minute or until tender. Add parmesan before serving.
