Ingredients
15-Bean Soup Mix one pound packageGreen Chili Peppers, one small canOld El Paso Green Chili Enchilada Sauce, one 10 oz canChicken Breast, no skin, 8 ounces (remove)Onions, raw, 1 medium chopped
Directions
cook beans with chili peppers, onions and sauce add enough water to cover beans while cooking boil chicken and shred at to soup and simmer until bean are done tender. can cook on high in crockpot for a faster meal or on low during the day make sure to have plenty of water in crockpot add any spices you like I add some cajan spice to mine about 2 tablespoons but chili spices will work too about 5 mins before you serve.
