Baked Louisiana Catfish

Ingredients
2 catfish fillets(8oz worth)1/2 cup louisian fish fry w/ lemon( it only took 1/4 cup but I used extra to make sure I had enough to coat the fish)1 tsp Lawry's seasoning saltpan spray
Directions
cut each fillet into 8 chunks
shake off extra water and spray both sides w/ pan spray
coat w/ louisiana fish fry
place on heated cookie sheet (sprayed)
cook at 450 flipping half way through
