Turkey Burger a la Sasha

Ingredients
20 oz 97% lean organic ground turkey1 zucchini diced1 slice onion diced1/2 tsp parsley1/2 tsp chili powder1 tsp garlic powder1tsp olive oil3 egg whites1/2 cup whole wheat flour organic
Directions
sautee onion/zucchini in olive oil in a sauce pan until translucent.

in a large bowl, combine ground turkey, egg whites and spices.

blend in veggie mixture. careful may be hot!

slowly add flour and blend in and combine well. on a hard surface, lay out a layer of whole wheat flour and make sure your hands are covered in flour to prevent sticking. form about 3 inch wide balls with the batter. makes 6 good sized burgers + 2 smaller ones. so about 7 servings total.
