Greek Pasta Salad with Feta

Ingredients
Whole Wheat Rotini-1 boxCucumber w/peel-1 dicedGreen Bell Pepper-1 dicedSweet Onion-1/2 cp dicedCelery-1/2 cp dicedCarrots-1/2 cp shreddedPlum Tomato-3 dicedFat Free Feta Cheese-1/2 cp CrumbledExtra Virgin Olive Oil-1/2 cpBalsamic Vinegar-1/4 cpLemon Juice-2 TBSPGreek Seasoning(no MSG)-1 TBSP
Directions
1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
2.Drain and rinse with cool water until pasta is cool to touch.
3. Chop all vegtables and add to large bowl.
4. Add pasta to vegtables.
5. Mix dressing in seperate container.
6. Pour dressing over salad and mix thoroughly.
7. Refridgerate for at least an hour.
8. Add feta before serving.
