White Rice in Chicken Broth

Ingredients
Chicken Broth, 2 cup (8 fl oz) White Rice, long grain, 1 cup
Directions
Measure the uncooked rice and the broth into a suitable saucepan.

Cover and bring to a simmering boil and reduce heat. Give it a stir so it doesn't stick but try to keep it covered until all the fluid is absorbed and the rice is tender.
