16 oz Fettuccini noodles2 1/2 cups chicken broth8 tsp flour1 pk cream cheese6 tbsp grated parmesan cheese1/2 tsp nutmeggarlic (to taste)pepper24 oz grilled chicken breast
Cook pasta as directed on package.
Meanwhile, combine broth & flour in medium saucepan. Stir in cream cheese, crushed garlic cloves, half of the parmesan cheese, nutmeg & pepper. Cook about 2 minutes, stirring constantly with wire whisk until mixture boils and thickens, add chicken heat through and toss with pasta.
Drain pasta. Toss with sauce. Sprinkle with remaining parmesan cheese.
Great with leftover chicken torn into medium chunks.
