Mary's Quick Chicken Mac and Cheese

Ingredients
Ronzoni Smart Taste Elbow Pasta, 8 oz Pre Cooked Chicken Breast (torn in pieces), no skin, 3 ouncesReduced Fat Finely Shredded Cheese, Fiesta Blend, 1 1/2 cup plus 1/4 cup for topping Mild Cheddar Finely Shredded, 1 1/2 cup plus 1/4 cup for topping Grated Parmesean, 28 gram(s) (1/4 cup)Fat Free Milk, 1/2 cup
Directions
Cook pasta in a medium pot. Add salt and pepper if you want.
Drain water and add 1 1/2 cup of each cheese and 1/4 cup of the parmesean cheese. Mix some then add the milk. Once the milk is stirred in add the chicken pieces. You may also want to add some seasoning at this point. I added a shake of Lawry's seasoning salt.
Mix until the cheese is melted and the chicken is mixed in well.
Put mixture into a glass pan/whatever baking dish you have and put the rest of the cheese on top. Bake at 350 until golden brown on top (or just until cheese is melted if you are impatient).
Ta da!

This makes 8 servings of perfect side dish or snack portion with chicken in every serving! Hope you like it as much as I do!
