Garden Neat Balls

Ingredients
Ingredients:Almonds, 1 cup, ground Walnuts, 1 cup, chopped Olive Oil, .5 cup Leeks, .5 cup Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)
Directions
Soak 1 cup Almonds and 1 cup Walnuts for an hour.

Add a handful of fresh sage and a handful of fresh marjoram, 1 tsp of any dry Italian herb and 1.5 tsp. salt.

Add everything into food processor and process until a smoothish blend.

Roll into 1.5" balls.

Place on a baking paper and put into oven on lowest degree possible. Let them warm slowly for 2 hours max.
