Blue Cheese Burgers

Ingredients
1 pound extra lean ground turkey1-1/2 ounces blue cheese, crumbled2 tablespoons and 2 teaspoons minced fresh chives1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper1/2 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon dry mustard8 slices Butterball Turkey bacon (2 per burger)1 medium onion (sliced)4 French rolls or hamburger bunsMayo Spread:4 Tbsp Hellman's Mayo w/ Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 tsp Lea and Perrin's Worcestershire Sauce1/2 tbsp garlic powder1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
Directions
1.In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, blue cheese, chives, hot pepper sauce, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, salt, and mustard. Cover, and refrigerate for 2 hours.
2. Mix ingredients for mayo spread together and refrigerate.
3. Thinly slice onion and saute until slightly caramelized.
4. Cook turkey bacon in frying pan and drain on paper towels.
5. Preheat grill for high heat. Gently form the burger mixture into about 12 patties.
6.Oil the grill grate. Grill patties 5 minutes per side, or until well done.
7. Spread mayo mixture on one side of bun. Place burger on bun and top with 2 slices of turkey bacon, onions, and blue cheese.
