crockpot Spanish rice Low Sodium

Ingredients
2 lbs.lean ground beef cooked and drained1 cup chopped onions1 cup chopped green/red peppers3 coves garlic28 oz. canned tomatoes/no salt added16 oz. tomato sauce/no salt added1.50 cups water1 tbs. chili powder2tbs. worcestershire sauce2 cups white rice raw/converted(Uncle Bens)2 stalks celery
Directions
cook hamburg in skillet and drain well. Add all ingredients to crock pot and stir well. Cover and cook 5-7 hours on low or 3 hours on high.
