Ingredients
1/4 pound ground beef1/4 cup chopped onion1 garlic clove1 can (16 ounces) chili beans, undrained1 can (14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained1-1/2 teaspoons chili powder1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
Directions
Directions
In a large saucepan, cook the beef, onion and garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the remaining ingredients; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until heated through. Yield: 2 servings.
