Ingredients
* Cucumber (peeled), 1 medium * *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 medium * *Kohlrabi, 1 cup * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 large whole (3" dia) * Carrots, raw, 1 medium * Apples, fresh, .5 cup, quartered or chopped * Garlic, .5 clove * Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) * Basil, 5 leaves * Oregano, ground, .065 tbsp * Thyme, ground, .25 tsp * *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1.5 tbsp * *Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar, 1/2 tsp * *Balsamic Vinegar, .5 tbsp * Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp * Spinach, fresh, 1 cup
Directions
Chop all vegetables except for the fresh spinach
Chiffanade and add the basil leaves. Add remaining herbs
Stir in the oil and vinegars
