Not-so-healthy Panko Breaded Chicken Cutlets

2 C. Panko BreadcrumbsSalt, to tastepepper, to tasteGarlic Powder, to tasteAny other seasoning, to taste (I used Chinese 5 Spice)2 eggswater1lb. chicken cutlets (4)1 stick butter (yeah! I know)
Mix Panko with spices/seasonings. Beat 2 eggs with a little water. Dip chicken in egg mixture then dredge in Panko.
Meanwhile, melt half the butter in your pan. When melted, add the chicken. Cook until you can tell that the Panko is golden brown, then flip. Add the rest of the butter in small pieces around the chicken and cook until this side is also golden brown. Makes 4 servings.
