Peggy's Miracle Minestrone Soup

Ingredients
2 onions, chopped12 cups vegetable broth3 lbs green beans, cut into 1 inch pieces6 carrots, sliced4 zucchini cut lengthwise and sliced1/2 green cabbage, chopped (about 4 cups)2 cans (28 oz) whole tomatos packed in juice2 cans (15 oz) red kidney beans, rinsed1 tsp basil1 tsp thyme1 tsp oregano1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes1/2 tsp pepper
Directions
Coat large soup pot with cooking spray. Cook onion until tender; 5-8 minutes. Add broth, green beans, carrots, zucchini, cabbage, tomatos, and spices. Boil, cover, and simmer 20 minutes. Add kidney beans and cook until hot, then serve.
