Cashew Balls

Ingredients
1 Cup of Raw Cashews1 Cup of Sesame Seeds1 Cup of Chopped Pitted Dates ( I used Medjool Dates)Juice of 1 lemonZest of 1 Lemon2 Tbs. of Raw Agave Nectar 1/2 Cup of Unsweeted Dried Coconut Flakes
Directions
Add Walnuts and Sesame Seeds in Food Processor and pulse till mixed together then add Dates, Lemon Zest, Lemon Juice, Lime Juice and pulse till completely mixed.

The mixture will be slightly sticky. With dampened hands, roll tablespoons of the mixture into balls. Roll in coconut and chill until ready to serve.

Takes a total of 10-15 minutes to mix and roll.
