Low Glycemic - Chicken with Poblano Sauce

1 Poblano peppers chopped fine.1 clove garlic pressed.5 cup water1 vegetable bouillon cube1 1/2 chicken breast boneless no skin (that's what I had on hand when I made this)1 tbsp extra light olive oil1/4 teaspoon Cumino (or cumin) ground2 tbsp (1 oz) Neufchatel Cheese
Saute peppers, garlic till they start to stick, add water and bouillon cube. Cook till tender. Add Neufchatel Cheese. Stir. Set aside.
Put olive oil in cold pan, put chicken into olive oil. sprinkle with slap ya mama and cumin. Toss to coat. Turn on heat and lightly brown chicken. cook till done. Put on plate, pour sauce on top.

Alot of ingredients are missing from the actual recipe. So how much Neufchatel Cheese do we need to add? Are all the actual ingredients there when the calorie count was figured? - 8/17/10

Sorry, I didn't know that when you put ingredients into the calculator.. that they don't show up on the recipe page automatically. (that seems really silly to me that it doesn't do that, afterall that's what the nutrition is based upon). I edited it and put them in now.
