Eggplant, fresh, 1 eggplant, peeled (yield from 1-1/4Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, .5 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .5 cup Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 cup Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices *Ragu Classic Alfredo Sauce, 2 cup*Ricotta cheese, fat-free, 8 ozMozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 6 oz
Directions
350 degrees for 45 minutes 9x13 pan 8 servings
