*Whole Wheat Flour, 3 cup (remove)Baking Soda, 1.5 tsp (remove)Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)*Sucralose (like Splenda), 1/4 cup (remove)*Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, 6 tsp (remove)Apples, fresh, 4 cup, quartered or chopped (remove)Granulated Sugar, 0.25 cup (remove)Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 0.25 cup (remove)Applesauce, unsweetened, 0.25 cup (remove)Vanilla Extract, 2.5 tsp (remove)
Combine apples and sugar/splendas in a large bowl and allow to sit for 30 minutes. Sift together the flour, cinnamon and baking soda in a medium bowl. Combine the egg, apple sauce and vanilla in with the apple mixture after the 30 minutes (you will notice the juices in the bowl). Add the flour mixture to the apple mixture. Bake in a medium-sized greased (I use cooking spray) bundt pan for 45 minutes at 350 or until a toothpick comes out clean. (makes 16 slices)
