Low Carb Hungarian Mushroom Soup

8 fl oz Heavy Whipping Cream 4 tbsp butter, unsalted 1 tsp Dill weed, dried 1 tbsp Paprika 2 dash Pepper, black 1/2 tsp Salt 2 tbsp Lemon juice 4 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 1 tbsp Lite Soy Sauce 1 cup Onion - Raw, chopped 1/4 cup Sour cream, light 32 oz container Chicken Broth

Chop all vegetables
Saute onions in butter for 5 min. Add 3 cloves garlic
Add Mushrooms saute 5 min.
Add broth, paprika, dill and Soy sauce. Lower heat cover and cook 15 min. Add whipping cream cover and cook another 10 min. Add salt, pepper, lemon juice, and sour cream stir and cook for about another 5 min. Garnish with parsley if desired.
