Noodle less Vegetable Lasagna

Ingredients
4cps of sliced zucchini1 egg plant (more if you like)1 can of Tomatoe sauce 1.75 cp of Ricotta (reg. or reduced) I use reg. for this recipe1.25 cp of Mozz. cheese1.25 cp of Mexican blend cheese30 oz of extra lean ground beef
Directions
Cut up all veggies season if you like, cook beef on stove in skillet until brown drain fat then add beef to the tomato sauce and heat. Use a regular baking pan or glass rectangular pan. Take cut up veggies starting with egg plant or zucchini and line your pan like you would noodles, start layering the ricotta, meat sauce , cheese veggies and continue until full then garnish with extra cheese on top.
