Jasmine Rice with Cranberries

Ingredients
lundberg brown jasmine ricemushrooms, freshCraisins
Directions
Prepare the rice according to package directions.
Slice mushrooms. Saute til wilted. Then chop chunky pieces.
Hydrate dried cranberries in 1/4 cup water by microwing til warm and soft.
Toast pine nuts in frypan in 1 teaspoon butter. After toasty brown, put on paper towel and dab off all butter. Mix all ingredients with rice. Serve warm.
