Cinnamon Walnut Pumpkin Pie Bread

Flour, white, 1.75 cup Baking Soda, 1 tsp Baking Powder, .5 tsp *Pumpkin Pie spice, 1.5 tsp Salt, .5 tsp Granulated Sugar, 1.5 cup Vegetable Oil, 8 tbsp.Egg, fresh, 2 large Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 1 cup Water, tap, .25 cup (8 fl oz) Cinnamon, ground, 2 tbsp Walnuts, .5 cup, chopped
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease one 9x5 inch bread pan. Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and walnuts. Mix Well.
2. In a second bowl beat together sugar, eggs, pumpkin puree, and oil. Add to flour mixture and mix well. Add water and mix until smooth.
3. Pour into greased bread pan and bake for 60-70 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into the center comes our clean.
4. Serves 12. ENJOY!!!!!
