Chicken and Vegtable soup

Ingredients
4 1/2 cups chicken broth1/2 cup chopped onion1 1/2 cup broccoli flowerets1 cup cauliflower Flowerets1/4 t nutmeg(optional)4 oz cooked fully cook chicken chopped
Directions
In a large sausepan combine chicken broth,and onions. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Stir in broccoli,cauliflower,and nutmeg. simmer about 5 minutesmore or till vegtables are crisp tender. Stir in chicken and heat through.

You can add 1/2 cup cooked brown rice to soup if you want to add more carbs.
