Gluten Free Chicken Meatballs

Ingredients
Organic Valley Ground Chicken, Frozen, 16 oz Rice flour, white, .125 cup Egg, fresh, 1 large Pepper, black, 1 tbsp Salt, 1 tsp Thyme, ground, 1 tbsp Paprika, 1 tsp Sage, ground, 1 tbsp Dill weed, dried, 1 tbsp
Directions
Choose seasonings you like for meatballs. I used what I had on hand. Use to suit your taste.

Combine seasonings, egg, chicken, and rice flour.

Roll into balls and place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 until no pink remains. Approx. 10-15 minutes.

Enjoy with tomato sauce on a roll or over pasta, or with a light cream gravy and mashed potatoes.

Makes 12 meatballs.
