Shredded Pork with Rice and Cauliflower

Ingredients
1 cup of cooked white or brown rice1 small zucchini, shredded1 cup of cheddar or white cauliflower, steamed 1 T. Asian Oil, by Spectrum1 thick porkchop, cooked and shredded1/2 t. Ms. Dash Table Recipe1 Knorr Vegetable Stock cube
Directions
Cook rice with 1 Knorr Vegetable bouillon cube. Sauté zucchini in oil then add in all other ingredients. Serve hot.
