20 oz. Jennie.O Ground Turkey1 1/2 T. Chili powder1/2 t. Salt1/4 t. ground Cumin seed1/4 t. Pepper, black1 10 oz. pkg chopped frozen Spinach1 1/4 cups chunky salsa1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese8 count Tumaro's Gourmet Tortillas
1. Brown turkey into crumbles, pour off fat, season with chilli powder, salt, cumin and pepper.
2. Stir in defrosted and well drained spinach, and salsa. Heat through, remove from heat and stir in cheese.
3. Spoon 1/2 cup mixture per tortilla fold and enjoy.
