Rice Diet fruit and rice

Ingredients
1.5 cups whole grain brown rice1 cup orange juice1 fresh apple (golden delicious or other), chopped1/3 cup craisins
Directions
Place all ingredients in a 1 1/2 to 2 quart sauce pan and cook until apples are tender and flavors are blended. Divide into two dishes. Eat warm or cooled, as desired.
