Vanilla Almond Biscotti

3/4 cup butter1/2 cup Splenda blend (1 cup white sugar)2 eggs3/4 tsp vanilla extract3/4 tsp almond extract2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour1 tsp ground cinnamon3/4 tsp baking powder1 cup chopped almonds
Serving size: apporximately 18 biscotti
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium bowl, cream butter and sugar.
Beat in eggs, vanilla extract, and almond extract.
Sift in flour, cinnamon, and baking powder into the egg mix.
Stir in almonds.
Separate dough into two equal logs, 1/2" thickness.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and cut the logs.
Bake for 5 minutes on one side, then flip the biscotti over and bake for another 5 minutes.
