3 CUPS BREAD FLOUR2.5 TBSP BUTTER (SOFTENED)1 CUP LOWFAT BUTTERMILK1 TSP SALT3 TBSP HONEY2 TBSP YEAST
POUR ALL ***WET INGREDIENTS (MINUS HONEY) INTO BREAD MACHINE. ADD FLOUR AND MAKE A WELL TO PUT THE YEAST INTO. ADD HONEY TO AREA AROUND THE YEAST. START MACHINE ON DOUGH SETTING.
ONCE CYCLE IS COMPLETE, SEPARATE DOUGH INTO TWO BREAD PANS AND LET RISE FOR AN HOUR. BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 35-45 MINUTES OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN. BRUSH WITH ADDITIONAL BUTTER (IF DESIRED). LET COOL AND SLICE. YIELDS APPROXIMATELY 22 THINLY CUT SLICES.
***LIQUID INGREDIENTS SHOULD BE 80 DEGREES.
