Enchiladas

Ingredients
Ground beef, lean, 16 oz Onions, raw, 1 large Refried Beans - Fat Free, 2 cupSalt, 1 tspGarlic powder, 1 tsp Flour tortillas, 8 inch, 6-8 Cheddar Cheese, shredded, 1/4 pound Sauce:Pureed Tomatoes, 1.5 cup Chili powder, 1 tbsp Garlic, 1 clove Onions, raw, 1/2 medium Canola Oil, 1 tbspOregano, ground, 1/8 tsp Salt, 1/2 tsp
Directions
Begin preparing sauce first. Saute minced onion in oil til softened then add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring frequently.
In separate skillet, brown ground beef and chopped onion. Drain fat, then add refried beans, salt, and garlic powder. Heat til bubbling, then cover and keep warm.
Pour half of tomato sauce into casserole, then fill each tortilla with about 1/3 cup of beef/bean mixture. Roll up and place with flap downward into sauce. Pour remaining sauce over tortillas, then cover with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake uncovered at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
