BC Meatloaf w/Modifications

Ingredients
2 eggs3/4 c milk1/2 c ground saltine crackers, wheat1-2 t onion powder2 T dried parsley1 t salt1 1/2 lbs ground beef1/4 c catsup2 T brown sugar1 t ground mustard
Directions
Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Pat in mound and bake in 350 degree oven in a shallow baking pan. Drain grease. Allow to sit for 10-15 minutes and serve. Makes 6 servings
