Ingredients
4 4-ounce halibut filets4 teaspoons. Dijon mustard4 teaspoons horseradish4 teaspoons mayo4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
Directions
Broil halibut filets until tender and flaky, about 3-4 minutes per side. Mix remaining ingredients and spread over halibut. Broil until Parmesan mixture is bubbly and brown, about 2 minutes.
