Ingredients
Ingredients:1.25 Cup Flour, white enriched .75 Cup Cornmeal, yellow.25 Cup Splenda2 tsp Baking powder1/2 tsp salt2 egg white1 cup skim milk1/4 cup oil
Directions
mix dry ingredients, add remaining, stir till just blended. leave lumpy.
Bake at 400 for 20-24 minutes in sprayed 8x8 or 9 " pan.
