1/2 Stick Butter1 Can Evaporated Milk (aprox. 5 oz)1 Red Bell Pepper, cut in strips1 Yellow Bell Pepper, cut in strips1 Orange Bell Pepper, cut in strips1 Small Onion, cut in strips1 cup sliced Carrots2 cup shredded Cabbage1 cup diced Celery
Place butter and all vegetables in a skillet or wok on Med. High heat. Saute until tender. Stir in Evaporated milk, cover, and let simmer 10 minutes or until tender stirring Occasionally.
Can be served over rice or noodles. (not included in calories)
