Cheesy Broccoli Rice Casserole

Ingredients
1 10-oz. package frozen broccoli1 cup Minute Whole Grain Brown Rice1 cup water1 cup Half the Fat VelveetaPepper or other seasonings to taste
Directions
Cook broccoli and water in saucepan until almost tender. Cut Velveeta into small cubes and add to broccoli. Stir and cook over low heat until cheese is melted. Stir in rice, remove from heat, and cover for 5 minutes. Add pepper or other seasonings to taste. Stir once more and serve.
