Ingredients
1 can chicken breast 98% fat free1 can cream of chicken soup- 98% fat free4 TBSP Lite Mayo1-2 TBSP lemon juice1 cup shredded cheddar or colby reduced fat cheese1 package of broccoli Florets 10 oz
Directions
Mix first 4 ingredients in a bowl, Spray bottom of glass baking dish with pam, Spread the chicken and broccoli on the bottom of the pan. Top with mixture and then the cheese. Bake for about 20-30 min. or until bubbles. You can top it on Rice or eat plain. But the recipes does not include calorie intake for rice =) Enjoy
