Ingredients
1 Cup Butter Flavor Crisco1 Cup Light Brown Sugar1 Cup Sugar Granulated Sugar2 Large Eggs1 Teaspoon Vanilla4 Tablespoons of Cinnamon1 1/2 Cups Flour1 Teaspoon Baking Soda2 Teaspoons Baking Powder1 Teaspoon Salt3 Cups Quick Oats
Directions
Thoroughly cream Crisco and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat well. Sift together flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, salt. Add to creamed mixture. Beat well. Stir in oats and mix. Form dough in roll 1 to 1 1/2 inches in diameter; wrap in waxed paper. Chill for about an hour. With sharp knife, slice cookies about 1/2" thick. Baked on ungreased cookie sheet 8-10 minutes (depending on your altitude and oven) at 350 degrees. Yields 5 dozen
