GI Diet Buttermilk Dressing

Ingredients
1/4 cup buttermilk or light sour cream or plain yogurt2 T. light mayo1 T. cider vinegar2 tsp poppy seeds or dried dill weed to taste1 tsp dijon mustard1/2 tsp sugar substitute (honey works too, if you're not a fan of the fake foods)salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Give it at least five minutes to thicken before pouring over salad. Enjoy!
