Chicken Cacciatora

Ingredients
24 oz chicken breast, 1 tbsp. olive oil, onion raw, 1 tbsp. white flour to thicken, add diced tomatoes or whole tomatoes, tomato sauce, mushrooms, and spices.
Directions
Cut up chicken into 1 inch cubes, saute in olive oil , sprinkle with a little flour, add onions and saute, add tomato ingredients and spices and simmer for 45 minutes.
